A friend of mine said I should get the foundation of my home checked out.
He noticed cracks in it that he said may need fixed. He told me he isn't an expert on it but he knows that cracks in the foundation of your home can cause bigger problems. I asked him if he knows someone I can call about it.
He said he would check around for me and called me later that evening. He said he had a number for a Austin foundation repair contractor specialist that could help me. He said he talked to them earlier and they are a good friend of his.
He gave me the number and told me to give his friend a call and tell them that he told me to call. I called the guy up and told him that my friend had talked to him earlier. He said he would come look at it for no charge and give me an estimate. He said usually cracks in the foundation means that it will need work done on it. He looked at it for me, estimated what it would cost to fix it and I made an appointment for him to come back.
